Accredited removals

GAC Bahrain says it has achieved the FIDI Accredited International Mover standard (FAIM) for a second four-year term.

To become a FIDI-FAIM mover, members of FIDI (International Federation of International Furniture Removers) alliance have to go through a stringent audit conducted independently by Cap Gemini. FIDI is said to be the largest global network of independent quality international removal companies comprising of over 500 members in more than 100 countries – all of which share the same quality standards.

The audit covers every aspect from finance and management to operations and safety. GAC Bahrain attained the higher FIDI-FAIMISO status having achieved ISO certification for its moving services as well as undergoing rigorous assessments in additional areas such as customer satisfaction and competence test.

“For the second time running, we demonstrated that we consistently adhere to the very stringent on-site compliance procedures carried out by independent consultants. To-date, GAC remains the only accredited service provider in Bahrain,” says Peter Gronberg, Managing Director of GAC Bahrain.

“For companies that demand the best quality, FIDI-FAIM marks the highest quality standards available in the world. The certification is fast becoming a pre-requisite asked by government bodies and multinational companies.”

GAC Bahrain says it has an established track record in the international moving sector. The company has helped move household goods in and out of the Middle East for over 30 years, offering services such as packing and transportation services for local or global moving, corporate moving, commercial / industrial relocation and storage facilities. GAC Bahrain says it is also fast gaining reputation in the highly niche area of fine art handling.
